Employment Status by Recipients Degree Level Employment status varies by educational level. Some of the unemployment at the baccalaureate & master's levels is undoubtedly a consequence of the larger numbers, greater competition, and a function of these degrees as stepping stones rather than as terminal points or degrees permitting entry into a position.
