Requestors should send COPIES of all materials to be mailed with a cover letter explaining the purpose of the mailing. Requests involving surveys of graduate departments are not encouraged and will be subject to closer scrutiny.

Specify whether ALL graduate departments or a subgroup are to receive the mailing. Available selections include: U.S. only (Canadian departments excluded), doctoral or master's departments only, type of department (e.g., Professional, Educational, School, Clinical, Counseling, etc.), states identified by requestor, and departments with APA-approved programs in Clinical, Counseling, School, or Combined.

Address lists will not be sold on magnetic tape or diskette. Only pressure-sensitive (gummed) mailing labels are available for purchase.

Be sure to include your mailing address and billing address if different. All orders are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. Federal Express CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or P.O. ZIP Codes.
