Ordering Mailing Labels Undergraduate Departments of Psychology Graduate Departments of Psychology Policy on the Solicitation of Research Participants Over APAGS Listservs In accordance with APA's general policy on mailing lists, the APA Center for Psychology Workforce Analysis and Research (CPWAR) reviews and approves all proposals to conduct research using APA members, as well as all requests for mailing labels of undergraduate and graduate departments of psychology. Requests for labels for all other uses (e.g., announcements, recruitment, employment) are also subject to review and approval. Points of review include, but are not limited to:
All requests must be placed in writing. Requestors should send COPIES of all materials to be mailed. APA reserves the right to review all materials and to reject orders that do not meet APA standards. Requests involving job recruitment announcements must also have an advertisement placed in the APA Monitor before labels will be provided. Mailing labels are sold for ONE-TIME USE ONLY by the requestor. They are not to be reproduced, reused or resold. Labels are printed in zip code order unless otherwise specified. Once orders are placed no cancellations/refunds will be granted. Labels are not returnable. DO NOT SEND CHECK OR MONEY ORDER WITH LABEL REQUEST. Requestors will receive an invoice from APA Accounting shortly after receiving the labels. When submitting your request, be sure to include both a mailing address and a billing address if different. All orders are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. Federal Express CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or P.O. ZIP Codes. The following guidelines outline the costs of ordering labels, as well as any additional information to be submitted.
